Site Location Plan
The Site is 15.73 ha in size and is located to the south of Green Lane. Camer Parade and Meopham Community Academy are located on the opposite side of Wrotham Road.
The Site is well contained by established trees to the north along Green Lane, the west along Wrotham Road. Mature trees also define the southern edge, beyond which lies The Street Conservation Area, which includes the Grade I Listed St John the Baptist Church. The Site has road frontage on two sides and presents opportunities to provide links into the existing footpath network.
The Site is 5.43 ha in size and comprises a broadly rectangular plot located to the south of Longfield Road and west of Helen Allison School. A public footpath crosses the Site along the eastern boundary. The Site provides the opportunity to create a gateway into Hook Green and to improve pedestrian connectivity and access to the countryside by linking existing footpath networks.
